

Instructions
- Toast chili flakes, paprika, ginger powder, cumin and turmeric on a pan on a low heat.
- In a bowl , mix lemon pulp, garlic, the toasted spices, parsley, olive oil, saffron, salt and pepper.
- Cut the chicken thigh into 2 pieces. Mix with the marinade for at least 30 minutes. Then mash.
- In the tagine, put the onion as bed. Add in some go the marinated chicken, some potatoes, olive, lemon peel, another marinated chicken, another potatoes, the rest of the chicken, olive and dates. Cover. Put on fire. Cook for 1 and half hours. Collect the excess sauce.
- Add in lemon peel. Add in the excesss sauce. Garnish with cilantro.
