Toum (White Garlic Sauce)

Instruction:

  1. Cut out the white part in the middle of the garlic to lessen the pungency. 
  2. Put the garlic in food processor. Process it then add in salt. Process again until pasty in texture.
  3. Add in lemon juice 1 tsp.
  4. Process again until it emulsify.
  5. Add oil and lemon juice alternately until mayonnaise in consistency.
  6. Combine with yogurt.
