

Instruction:
- Cut out the white part in the middle of the garlic to lessen the pungency.
- Put the garlic in food processor. Process it then add in salt. Process again until pasty in texture.
- Add in lemon juice 1 tsp.
- Process again until it emulsify.
- Add oil and lemon juice alternately until mayonnaise in consistency.
- Combine with yogurt.
