

Instructions
- Combine saffron and hot water.
- In a bowl, combine rice and water. Add salt.
- In a pot, boil water with salt.
- When the water is already boiling, add in the rice. Cook until 80-90 percent done. Check by biting and when rice goes up in the water.
- Strain in cool running water.
- Transfer to another pot, add in 2-3tbsp water and olive oil. Cover with towel, put pan on top.
- Steam the rice.
- Transfer to plate.
- Reserve 2 big spoon of rice and drizzle with saffron water. Then combine with the rice in plate.
- Garnish with parsley.
