Beef Kebabs (Ground Beef Skewer)

Instructions

  1. Grind frozen beef in grinder.
  2. In a pan, combine coriander , cumin. cinnamon, ground ginger, ground black pepper. May add ground anise. Toast, then transfer to a bowl. Cool down.
  3. In a bowl, combine ground beef, parsley, garlic, toasted spices, salt, pepper and olive oil. Massage.
  4. In a pan with olive oil, test fry the mixture, then adjust the taste. Marinate overnight.
  5. Divide into 150g each. Chill.
  6. Smash in hands. Insert the skewer, Press down the beef just like pressing the string of guitar. Wet the hands with water to prevent stickiness. 
  7. Brush the beef with olive oil. Season.
  8. Grill the tomato for garnish. 
  9. Grill the beef for 3-6 minutes per side. If a little bit dry, drizzle with olive oil.
  10. Serve with toum, basmati rice and tabbouleh. Garnish with grilled tomato.
