Couscous

Instructions

  1. Toast the almond in the oven, then chop.
  2. Simmer stock in a pot. Season.
  3. Add couscous. Remove from heat then cover for 5 minutes. (Cover with pan)
  4. Let couscous absorb the liquid and fluff while still hot.
  5. Add butter, almond, parsley and mint. Adjust seasoning
