

- Cut the marble potato in half. Cook it in boiling water, until it can be pierced easily with fork.
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, zest of lemon and chili flakes. Let the garlic be cooked in lemon juice for a while. Then add in the olive oil. Season with salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix tomato, capers, cooked marble potato and olive.
- Mix the content of the two bowls. Toss.
- Season the fish.
- Prepare a parchment paper with a shape of a heart. Prepare also a tray with silpat.
- In the parchment paper, layer the following from bottom: marble potato, vegetables, fish, and vegetables.
- Enclose the parchment paper, then fold the tip of the parchment paper to seal. Put in the silpat on tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 400 F.
