Sangria

Instruction:

1. Freeze the martini glass.
2. Make the brandy syrup: in a medium pot, on a low high heat, add sugar until melted. In another medium pot, on a medium high heat, add the brandy. flambe. Then add the brandy to the melted sugar.
3. In a bowl, mix the soda water and the wine. Add in the lemon, apple, orange and the zest. Add in lemon and orange juice. Add in the brandy syrup and the pure brandy. Clean wrap. Chill overnight. 
4. Transfer to the frozen martini glass.
