
Instructions:
- Slice the onion into a big ring, 1/2 inch.
- Soak the onion in milk. Season with salt and pepper.. chill.
- Make the batter. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, white pepper, 200 ml beer. Whisk until smooth. Add parsley.
- Make the dredging flour. Mix flour, salt, white pepper and cayenne.
- Remove the onion in milk, then dry,
- Dredge the onion in the flour, then put in the batter.
- Deep fry. Season
