
- Boil water in medium pot.
- In a wok, put peanut and garlic oil. Saute onion, garlic and ginger.
- Add ground pork.
- Rinse egg noodles prior to use. Prepare noodle basket, put the noodles in it. Soaked it in boiling water for 20 seconds. Add in the noodles in the wok.
- Season with salt,
- Add shrimp.
- Season with kecap manis and kwelchow.
- Add water.
- Adjust the taste with Kwelchow, water, fish sauce and salt.
- Add the Chinese cabbage with the stem first, then the rest of it.
- Add rice wine vinegar.
- Turn off the heat, Carry over cook.
- Plate. Garnish with cooked shallots, spring onion and peanuts.
