  1. Boil water in medium pot.
  2. In a wok, put peanut and garlic oil. Saute onion, garlic and ginger. 
  3. Add ground pork.
  4. Rinse egg noodles prior to use. Prepare noodle basket, put the noodles in it. Soaked it in boiling water for 20 seconds. Add  in the noodles in the wok.
  5. Season with salt,
  6. Add shrimp.
  7. Season with kecap manis and kwelchow.
  8. Add water.
  9. Adjust the taste with Kwelchow, water, fish sauce and salt.
  10. Add the Chinese cabbage with the stem first, then the rest of it.
  11. Add rice wine vinegar.
  12. Turn off the heat, Carry over cook.
  13. Plate. Garnish with cooked shallots, spring onion and peanuts.
