Liver Sauce

  1. Turn on the griller
  2. Wash the liver,  then pat dry.
  3. Add oil, then season
  4. Grill and make a grilled mark.
  5. Peanut oil in a small pot,  add margarine..
  6. Add atsuete oil.
  7. Add garlic and onion.
  8. Season.
  9. Add liverwurst ( Reno)
  10. Once the liver has a grilled mark already, puree it in the blender with some chicken stock.
  11. Add the pureed liver in the small pot.
  12. Add soy sauce.
  13. Add chicken chicken stock.
  14. Add small amount of sugar.
  15. Boil, then turn down to simmer.
  16. Add vinegar. Do not mix. Let the acidity evaporate.
  17. Adjust the taste. May mix afterwards.
  18. Puree again in the blender.
  19. Bring back to pot.
  20. Adjust the taste with sugar and salt.
