

- Turn on the griller
- Wash the liver, then pat dry.
- Add oil, then season
- Grill and make a grilled mark.
- Peanut oil in a small pot, add margarine..
- Add atsuete oil.
- Add garlic and onion.
- Season.
- Add liverwurst ( Reno)
- Once the liver has a grilled mark already, puree it in the blender with some chicken stock.
- Add the pureed liver in the small pot.
- Add soy sauce.
- Add chicken chicken stock.
- Add small amount of sugar.
- Boil, then turn down to simmer.
- Add vinegar. Do not mix. Let the acidity evaporate.
- Adjust the taste. May mix afterwards.
- Puree again in the blender.
- Bring back to pot.
- Adjust the taste with sugar and salt.
