Fried Rice

  1. In a milk pot, put the garlic and canola oil. Using cold start technique, turn on the heat.
  2. Garlic is done when it is already light gold in color.
  3. Strain the oil, then separate the garlic in a tissue paper to dry.
  4. In a wok, put garlic oil, annatto oil and star margarine.
  5. Add rice.
  6. Add salt.

7. Add annatto oil for color.

8. Adjust the taste with salt.

9. Turn off the fire.

10. Add the cooked garlic.

11. Cover with foil to keep warm. 

12. Transfer to plate. Garnish with spring onion and garlic bits.
