
- Puncture the eggplant with fork.
- Grill the eggplant.
- Make a cane vinegar dressing. Just mix cane vinegar, garlic, fish sauce and sugar.
- Scrape out the skin of the grilled eggplant. Put the meat of the eggplant in a bowl.
- Mix onion, tomato, meat of eggplant, salt and cane vinegar dressing.
- Adjust the seasoning. Chill.
