Method: Cookies/ Creaming method
Ingredients:
113g butter, room temperature
75g granulated sugar
83g brown sugar
50g egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
115g all purpose flour
89g oatmeal, ground in a food processor to a powder
1g salt
2g baking powder
4g baking soda
50g walnuts, chopped
80g chocolate chips

Mise en Place:
- Wet: vanilla, egg
- Fats: butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar
- Dry: Sifted All purpose flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda
- Toppings: Walnuts, Chocolate chips, oatmel
Procedure:
- Mix butter, then add granulated sugar and brown sugar in the planetary mixer using paddle attachment
- Pour in egg and vanilla in the mixer, until batter is smooth.
- Add dry ingredients fastly to avoid over mixing.
- Add toppings; mix.
- Flatten and plastic wrap the batter. Chill.
- Scoop the batter with ice cream scooper for even shape and size. May use hand gloves.
- Pan with silpat.
- Oven for 10 minutes at 350F.
- Place in a cooling rack.
